1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoContentHQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AutoContentHQ is an automated content publishing tool that scrapes public Reddit posts, generates narrated short-form videos, and publishes them to social platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook) on a schedule chosen by the user. The user authorizes AutoContentHQ to act on their behalf via OAuth.
3. User Account & Authorization
To use the Service you must connect your TikTok account via TikTok's Login Kit and grant the user.info.basic and video.upload scopes. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok's settings, which will immediately stop AutoContentHQ from publishing on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
- You will not use AutoContentHQ to publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, Reddit's Content Policy, or any applicable law.
- You are responsible for moderating which subreddits you source from and the content that gets published to your accounts.
- You will not use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
5. Content Ownership
Reddit posts remain the property of their original authors. AutoContentHQ generates derivative video works from public posts; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Reddit's licensing terms and any platform you publish to.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoContentHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
