1. What we collect
- TikTok account data: open ID, display name, avatar URL — obtained via TikTok Login Kit (
user.info.basicscope) when you authorize the app. - OAuth access token: stored encrypted, used only to upload videos to your TikTok account on your behalf.
- Publishing history: which videos were posted to which platforms and when.
- Engagement metrics: views, likes, and comments retrieved from public APIs to populate your dashboard.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Your TikTok password.
- Private messages, drafts, or analytics beyond the public counts above.
- Personal contacts or device data.
3. How we use it
Your TikTok credentials and account data are used solely to publish content you have explicitly scheduled. Engagement metrics are used to display performance in your dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
4. Data storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. The service runs on a private server. We do not share user data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. forwarding video uploads to TikTok's API).
5. Data retention and deletion
When you revoke OAuth access via TikTok's settings, we immediately stop accessing your account. To request deletion of your account data and publishing history from our records, email narubian@gmail.com. Data is deleted within 30 days of request.
6. Third-party services
AutoContentHQ uses TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit, YouTube Data API v3, Meta Graph API (Facebook + Instagram), and Reddit's public listing endpoints. Your interactions with those services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
